How to check the SWOOP server status
Underneath the search bar across our support centre, you will see the following traffic light system which indicates the SWOOP server status across the world.
Colour Key
Green: All systems are working a expected
Amber: One or more components is at risk, or the system may be slower than usual (we will likely already be aware and working on any issues)
Red: The system is down
In the example above, there is a green circle against each area of the world, which means all systems are working as expected.
