SWOOP Analytics is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We are actively working towards full conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and the table below outlines our current progress. Each requirement has been reviewed against our product, and implementation is ongoing where needed to ensure compatibility with assistive technologies, clarity of content, and ease of use for all users.

This report provides an overview of our current conformance status with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, covering four key principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust. The four key principles of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) are:

  1. Perceivable – People must be able to perceive the content with their senses. If someone can’t see or hear well, they still need to access information through alternatives like text descriptions or captions.

  2. Operable – Users must be able to interact with the site using different methods, such as a keyboard, not just a mouse. The interface should also not cause seizures or disorientation.

  3. Understandable – The content and interface should be easy to comprehend. This includes clear language, predictable navigation, and helpful error messages.

  4. Robust – Content must work well with current and future assistive technologies. This means using clean HTML, proper semantics, and ensuring compatibility with screen readers and other tools.

In the sections below we outline the extent to which SWOOP Analytics conforms with these four principles.
