Product Update - June 2024
Over June we've been working away at improvements and updates to our underlying technology platform. This ensures we are on the latest versions of key technologies and have the best security and performance we can.
We have also made progress on moving our Dr SWOOP AI powered Chatbot to Microsoft's Azure platform. This will keep all activity within the Microsoft environment and means we can start to work on more advanced functions such as giving insights directly from reports.
Here's all the major updates:

| Warnings for external links and whitelisting | All | We've made sure any link you add in the footer carries a warning as recommended by security testing. You can whitelist the links in the SWOOP admin area under the application tab so you have full control over the warning appearing or not | June-24 |
| Dr SWOOP available using Microsoft Azure AI | All | We've set up Dr SWOOP to use Microsoft Azure AI to ensure all your interactions stay within the Microsoft environment as an alternative to the current AI powering Dr SWOOP. More will be coming to make this available for customers | June-24 |
| Correction to Most Engaging Posts in SWOOP for Viva Engage | Viva Engage | We've corrected the Most Engaging posts report to only show posts you've made rather than contributed to, in the personal dashboard. We've also made sure that for the communities it will only show post made in the community rather than any posts that community members have contributed to. |
