Miner (on premise only) Troubleshooting

If your onsite miner is not working, please perform the following checks:

Action Problem Action
Login to the miner as a verified administrator Can't open login page. Check machine/virtual machine is running without operations team.
Error occurs when clicking on the login button. Alert SWOOP support (https://support.swoopanalytics.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and ask operations team to send contents of log.
Check miner user is set The page should say 'Data miner enabled' under 'Data Mining Account'. If not, action is required. Click 'Set Miner User to Current User'.
Still no resolution Miner is broken for a unknown reason. Click on 'Show activity log' at the bottom of the miner script and send the last 1000 links here https://support.swoopanalytics.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
