Features not available in SWOOP products (but may be coming)
Our support documentation includes information about all the many features that are available in all the various SWOOP products today. However, we're sometimes asked about features we are not providing - at least not today - so here follows a list of things we are currently NOT doing.
- Reporting on how people access Viva Engage via various different device types (eg mobile, phone/tablet, desktop) is currently not available in SWOOP for Viva Engage.
- User journeys (tracking how people move between pages) is currently not available in SWOOP for SharePoint. It is on our roadmap, but we do not have an exact implementation date at this point.
- Any form of detailed analytics on video views, eg drop-off rates for videos stored on a SharePoint Intranet, or posted on Viva Engage, are not available in SWOOP for SharePoint or SWOOP for Viva Engage.
- Ability to track which links (URLs) people click on in Viva Engage to take them to, for example, a page on an intranet, is not available in SWOOP for Viva Engage. However, we are currently working on a link tracking feature.
- Advanced filtering of segments and audiences where you can select specific groups of users by combining different attributes or use advanced queries. These are the sort of combinations where you can use 'AND' or 'OR' statements
Refer to our SWOOP Product Roadmap for information about upcoming developments in SWOOP.
