Understand the difference between a View, Visit, and Visitor in SWOOP for SharePoint Intranet.
- View: A view is recorded every time a page is loaded.
- Visit: A visit starts when a person views the first intranet page until the person leaves the intranet by closing their browser, navigating to a page that is not part of the intranet, or the person is inactive for 30 mins. A person can view a page multiple times during a visit and it’s only counted as one visit.
- Visitor: A visitor is a unique user/guest who has visited an intranet page at least once during the selected time frame.
