Admin: How make another person a SWOOP admin (M365)

SWOOP admins have can do more than normal users of SWOOP. In this article Admin: Access rights, permissions, and roles in SWOOP (M365) you'll see what an admin has permissions to do.

One of the things SWOOP admins can do is to make another person a SWOOP admin. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Click 'Admin Settings' from the menu in the lower left. If you don't see this option you are not an admin.
  2. Choose 'Access Control'.
  3. Under 'Add new users' search for and then add the person

  4. Tick the 'Full SWOOP Admin' option and click 'Save'

If you had already previously added the person and given other permissions you can skip step 3 and just do step 4.
